Phil, I notice you list a lot of bank foreclosures. Is this all you deal with?
Answer:
No, I have a lot of contacts with national banks and do market bank foreclosures however my services are not limited to foreclosures. I have made a reputation as the go to guy for these properties not only with investors, but the corporate owners themselves look to me for the quality marketing and management of the properties they acquire through foreclosure.
Question:
Phil, why should I deal with you instead of the larger companies in town?
Answer:
My company is small be design. This is so I can assure quality service and pay close attention to my clients that hire me to market their property. Don't be fooled by the big companies marketing strategy to awe you with tons of agents and a smoke and mirrors illusion of being the best. Fact of the matter, I have all the same tools as my competitors however, they typically don't match the level of personal attention and specialization I offer.

What areas do you cover?
Answer:
On the main page you will see I have listed the zip codes and cities I typically service. I mainly focus on Marathon county however service the south end of Lincoln county(Merrill areas and the north end of Portage county(Stevens Point area). All of these area's are easily accessible from my office and sometimes I will service other areas. If you have property in another area, contact me to see if I can service it or I can also offer you a free referral.
